Dubai delegation participates in presentation on foreign investment in Chile at Cinver

In order to learn more about the outlook for foreign investment in Chile, representatives of the government of Dubai attended a talk at Cinver’s offices in Santiago. The delegation, led by Sami Al Qamzi, director general of the Dubai Department of Economic Development, formed part of a trade mission “Dubai - A business center and entry point for MENASA (Middle East, North Africa and South Asia)” designed to strengthen trading ties with South America.

The delegation met with Liliana Macchiavello, the executive vice-president of the Foreign Investment Committee (Cinver), before participating in a presentation about the outlook for foreign investment in Chile, which highlighted the country’s potential and attractions as an investment destination and business platform. In addition, the visit served to establish contacts for future collaboration in identifying and promoting business opportunities in both countries.
